Whats the process?
A MajestiCoat field representative as well as the material regional manager will do a walk through of the roof to get measurements, check for damage and wet insulation, collect core samples if needed, and do an adhesion test to see if a primer is necessary.
If the roof is a good candidate for the coating, we would install the coating to the manufacturers specifications.
Upon completion, a Majesticoat field representative and an inspector through the material warranty department will complete an inspection. If any issues are found that could cause an issue with the warranty, they are fixed then. This allows us to offer you the customer a worry free warranty experience.
