Our flooring systems can typically be installed in 1 to 2 days without sacrificing quality. At MajestiCoat we use top of the line Epoxy and Polyaspartic, along with organic Mica Flakes and colored quartz sand to create one-of-a-kind flooring systems.

So we hired the MajestiCoat team to resurface the knarly concrete hallways of 10 Condominium Buildings with layers of epoxy, flake and polyaspartic. The important selection of flake size and color was facilitated by the MajestiCoat team with the making of samples and a discussion of the pros and cons for each. "From start to finish, Majesticoat did an outstanding job on our garage floor. The crew was professional, punctual, and clearly took pride in their work. They thoroughly ground and prepared the concrete, repaired cracks and problem areas, installed a moisture vapor barrier, applied the epoxy base coat, completed a full flake broadcast, and finished the floor with multiple topcoats. What impressed me most was the attention to detail. They took their time around the edges, drain, and repaired areas and never seemed rushed. The finished floor exceeded our expectations and completely transformed the garage. The flake coverage is uniform, the finish looks clean and high-end, and the entire space feels brand new.
